  • Managed 20 programs’ active employers to ensure engagement and to assist with any needs or concerns.

YMCA  Interim Program Director  June 23 - December 23 

  • Created yearly programming consisting of diverse career education, volunteering, and field trips for 100 middle and high school students through community research and networking. 

  • Coordinated and executed middle and high school recruiting events during the beginning of the year to sign students up for the program 

  • Recruited and trained 20 professional volunteers from various backgrounds on program agenda and goals.

  • Executed middle school, high school, and adult morning educational workshops every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from August to May.

  • Recruited 680 middle and high school students in Fayette, Clark, and Scott County for the Educational Talent Search Program.

  • Designed curriculum based on current education policies, diversity, finance, culture and more. 

  • Presented curriculum via monthly, middle and high school, in school workshops via oral and written presentations.

  • Analyzed the quantitative data (attendance) and qualitative data (surveys)  for retention and performance improvement. 

  • Produced monthly, interactive educational events for students and families to enhance knowledge by providing resources for the college applications, cultural events, and financial aid by setting up activities, a speaker and caterer.
